These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Registration and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all registrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Eligibility 

 

  1. This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
  2. No purchase required. 
  3. Registration to enter requires access to an internet connection.

 

Promotional Period

 

  1. Promotion opens 08:00 on 22.09.25 and closes 21:59 on 19.10.25. 

 

Entry Requirements

 

  1. For your chance to participate in the Daily Giveaway for a free full size Whitworths pack coupon or £1 off Whitworths coupon, follow these simple steps:
    1. Visit www.freewhitworths.co.uk to register your name and email to participate daily between 08:00 – 21:59 from 22.09.25 to 19.10.25 for the chance to win a daily allocation of 1,000 x packs of Whitworths and 1,000 x £1 coupons off any Whitworths product. 
    2. Daily winners will receive either 1 x full size Whitworths pack coupon or 1 x £1 off coupon, redeemable against any Whitworths product.
    3. Daily Giveaways are available between 08:00 and 21:59 each day during the promotional period. 
    4. Registrations before or after these stated times and dates will not be eligible for the Daily Giveaway.
  2. If your registration matches a Whitworths Daily Giveaway winning moment, you will win either a coupon for 1 x free Whitworths full sized pack or a 1 x £1 off Whitworths coupon. This will be revealed once you have registered your details. If you are a lucky recipient, you will be directed to choose your coupon type: a ‘print at home’ (participating retailers) or mobile voucher (Tesco only). Excludes online redemption.
  3. You can register once each day for the Whitworths Daily Giveaway.
  4. Maximum 1 x registration per person, per day, per email, per IP address.
  5. Each registration made during the daily promotional Giveaway timings will be automatically entered into the final draw conducted at the end of the promotion to award any remaining unclaimed free Whitworths packs.

 

The Daily Giveaways

 

  1. There are a total of 28,000 x free full size Whitworth pack coupons and 28,000 x £1 off Whitworth coupons available in the Daily Giveaway during the promotional period from 22.09.25 to 19.10.25. 
  2. There are 1,000 x free Whitworths pack coupons and 1,000 x £1 off Whitworths coupons allocated daily between 08:00 and 21:59 during the promotional period.

 

Allocation of Daily Giveaways

 

  1. Daily Giveaways are selected via random winning moments each day, between 08:00 and 21:59 for the duration of the promotion which is open from 22.09.25 and 19.10.25.
  2. Registrations before or after these stated times and dates will not be eligible for the Daily Giveaway.
  3. Daily Giveaway registrants who are matched to a random winning moment between 08:00 and 21:59 each day will either receive 1 of 1,000 free Whitworths pack coupons or receive 1 of 1,000 x £1 off any Whitworths product coupon. 
  4. You can register for one (1) chance to participate in the daily Giveaways each day. If you have registered more than once a day during the promotional period, you will be notified on screen that you have already registered that day, and you can try again the following day.
  5. All Whitworths free packs and coupons are available in the Daily Giveaway however there is no guarantee all free packs or £1 off coupons will be won each day.
  6. Any Daily Giveaway free packs or £1 off coupons that have not been won will be rolled over into the following day until the end of the promotion. These will be allocated during the promotional period and registration times, with free packs allocated if any remain followed by £1 off coupons. Any rolled over allocation of free pack coupons and £1 off coupons will be in addition to the free packs and £1 off coupons available to be won each day.

 

End of Promotion Draw 

 

  1. At the end of the promotion, any Daily Giveaway free Whitworths packs which have not been won will be entered into a final draw. Every registrant to the promotion will be automatically entered into the draw. The draw will take place 5 working days after the closing date of the promotion on 24.10.25. Winners will be notified if they have won within 5 working days of this draw date.
  2. All winners in the End of Promotion draw will be offered 1 x Whitworths free full size pack coupon, subject to the process set out in ‘Daily Giveaway Coupons’. No cash alternative is available.

 

Products featured in this Promotion

 

  1. Free Whitworths pack coupons: redeemable against any full size Whitworths product, worth up to £3.50 RRP. 
  2. £1 off coupon: redeemable against any full size Whitworths product.
  3. All Whitworths products are subject to availability at the time of coupon redemption.

 

Daily Giveaway Coupons

 

  1. Lucky recipients of a free Whitworths pack coupon or £1 off any Whitworths product coupon will be asked to select a mobile coupon (for use in Tesco only) or a ‘Print at Home’ coupon for use in any participating retailer. Once selected, an email link will be provided with a personalised coupon link redeemable against any Whitworths product up to the maximum value of £3.50. Coupons are redeemable in any participating retailer which stocks Whitworths products. Coupon terms apply. Excludes online redemption.
  2. Coupons provided as personalised downloadable ‘Print at Home’ coupons, to be used in any participatingretailer, or personalised mobile coupons for use Tesco only. Please note Print at Home coupons must be printed and taken into participating stores. To opt for Tesco mobile coupons, you must have access to a mobile phone and available to redeem your coupon
  3. No coupon in this promotion can be redeemed for cash or exchanged for an alternative product. No change is provided in the event a chosen product costs less than the maximum coupon value at point of redemption. No cash alternative is available.
  4. All coupons are single use and valid from the date issued. Coupons cannot be forwarded or assigned to anyone else. Print at Home coupons are valid for a maximum of 30 days from date of print with the final date of print being 19.11.2025. Mobile coupons are valid for a 20-minute period from time of activation in store with the final date of usage being 19.11.2025.
  5. Attempts at multiple redemption of the coupon by the same winner or use by anyone else not intended to receive the link to the downloadable coupon may result in rejection of the coupon by a retailer and disqualification of that winner from further participation in the promotion. 
  6. Winners of free Whitworths packs in the final draw will be contacted and offered a coupon to redeem via the process described in the ‘Daily Giveaway Coupons’ terms 23-25 above. 

 

How we use your data

 

  1. The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  2. Please note: your personal data will be used in the processing of this promotion only for the purposes of administering your Whitworths coupon, based on your consent, given by filling in and sending the form and checking and accepting the Privacy Policy. You can opt to hear from us for marketing communications. Please see our Privacy and Cookies Policy for more details on how we treat your data: https://whitworths.co.uk/privacy-policy/. Data will be held for a maximum of 6 (six) months for this purpose.
  3. Third Party Data: for the purposes of administering this promotion, third parties will have access to verified daily Giveaway registration data only. This information will be held for a maximum of 6 (six) months to aid distribution. Participants can request deletion of personal data after coupon prizes have been awarded by writing to datacontroller@whitworths.co.uk

General

 

  1. Entry and registration instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating in the Promotion all registrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. Registrants must submit all entries into this promotion in a personal capacity on their own behalf. Registrations submitted via third parties or in bulk are prohibited and we reserve the right to refuse you the prize if we reasonably suspect that your registration was submitted by such means. Those who try and circumvent the registration process and/or registration instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Any third-party entries, multiple entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted. 
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all registrations to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive entries including the tracking of email and IP addresses.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims including but not limited to asking for identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a coupon for a free pack or money off coupon or withdraw this entitlement, and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry and registration requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. 
  5. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network computer, mobile, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay your online registration. Incomplete registrations will not be processed. Lost, delayed or incomplete registrations are not the responsibility of the Promoter.
  6. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, or reasonable belief to suspect collusion to subvert the terms of this promotion, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  7. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  8. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  9. English law will settle any dispute concerning the interpretation and application of the rules and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction. 
  10. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and no other correspondence will be entered in to.
